With a great deal of difficulty I got myself together and got on my bicycle. We rode to Millaa Millaa, about 30 kms down the road. If there had been a support vehicle, I would have been on it. In fact, if I were at home, I wouldn't have even considered going out on the bicycle. Every pedal stroke was agonizing pain.

Nevertheless we continued, doing a 10 km hilly loop around a set of waterfalls starting with Millaa Millaa. Rob swam in a couple of these but I sat out. It was a beautiful area and I took a number of photos.

Then we continued down the road to Henrietta Creek where we camped for the night in a bush camp. We set up on the banks of the creek, right in the middle of the jungle. We were only 20 or 30 metres from the cleared area, but where we were it was just like we were in the middle of nowhere!!

Let me tell you now ... the jungle (rainforest) is NOISY!! There are frogs, toads, birds, insects, and especially the chicadas, all making so much noise we had to shout to be heard!!

I had a slightly better night but I think that was mainly because I was exhausted. We had done 76 kms!
