Packed up and left Adventure Bay, cycled back through Bruny Island, across the isthmus, and over on the ferry. We decided to cycle across the Woodbridge Saddle to Gardener's Bay and Cygnet. It was a good 5 km climb up, and then a 5 km descent. I made it 4.5 kms up that climb before my legs finally gave out on me and I had to walk the last little bit. Still, that's better than I was doing. I did the climb at a whopping 5.5 km/h - didn't know my bicycle would remain upright at such a slow pace.
From there on to Geeveston, the road was pretty good - not too hilly. It was also very scenic there in the Huon valley.
We stayed at Bob's Bunkhouse in Geeveston and I was pretty tired by the time we rolled in. Also my left knee was giving me some trouble.
