Rode from Mountain River to Hobart. The route had a lot of uphill, but I made it all the way!! I think I must be getting better at this climbing business. Again, there were some very pretty views along the way. I'd like to spend more time here and I'm a bit envious of the cyclists who live in this area - they have so much scenery to look at as they ride!!

I made it to Fern Tree where I expected to meet up with Rob but he had gone on up Mt. Wellington. I consulted with my left knee to see if I could also make the 12 km climb, but we decided it would be in my best interest that I NOT attempt it, so I sailed downhill into Hobart and made my way through the city to Rowan's place. The Tasman bridge was not nearly so windy this time, but I still walked across - not fond of bridges.

I picked up some photos I had developed and will be sending them on, so perhaps they will appear on my site in the next few weeks.
