click to supersize Colloroy Beach in the morning
We packed up and headed to Artarmon where we were going to have lunch with Malcolm Rogers and his wife (the organizers of the Central Western Tour). On the way there was quite a climb which I had to walk and was assisted up a particularly steep part of the incline by another cyclist - an Australian who happened along. That Australian took us to his place (along with another deaf Australian cyclist) and gave us maps and some directional advice. Very nice! Then we continued on our way but had quite a time finding the actual house we were looking for. The numbering system is a little confusing. (~25 kms)

We had a lovely lunch with them, and then I unloaded about 10 lbs of my stuff and left it with them. It was just too heavy for me. By the time I was done doing that, it was getting late so they offered us a place for the night and we accepted the offer. Very nice of them.
